We take care of the details of your property investment, taking away the hassle, stress and risk to future investors within a building.

Maintenance Control

Our Sectional Title management team ensures buildings and common areas within a Sectional Title or residential community is maintained for the benefit of all section owners, including:

  • Organise the investigation
  • Provide quotations
  • Present to the committee, and
  • Implementation of chosen maintenance plan

Financial Control

As controllers of the buildings’ trust funds (levies paid) we ensure the ultimate fiduciary duty to collect, account, and expend funds with complete transparency, and diligent reporting to Directors, Trustees and Owners.

Collections

  • Billing and distribution of owner levy statements (via email, post, street delivery)
  • Collection of levies and monthly charges
  • Follow-up of unpaid charges,
  • Liaising with attorneys appointed to manage legal collections on behalf of the Body Corporate or Home Owners Association
