Vast experience in the Sectional title field made it clear that there is a huge need for the management of water and electricity services on behalf of individual owners, Bodies Corporate and Home Owners Associations.

Council Assistance
At Pro Admin we know that your time is valuable. Taking time off from work to go stand in a queue at the council just to resolve an incorrect reading or requesting a statement is a thing of the past. Our dedicated staff will assist in resolving queries for you.
Where the account has been estimated, we will provide council with the correct readings and ensure the account is rectified. Should you not agree with the readings provided by the city council we can assist by installing a check meter to validate readings provided by the city council.
Hassle Free
On behalf of a Body Corporates or HOAs – Pro Admin applies for the bulk account in its name and install sub-meters for each dwelling.
The sub-meters are also supplied by Pro Admin. However, the option to purchase them is also available.
The owner of the dwelling will enter into an agreement with Pro Admin and pay a deposit for the supply of electricity.
Meters are read monthly and accounts then sent to the occupant. The client can also provide us with their own reading.
Services
Accounts are payable on the 1st of the month.
Warning letters are issued on the 7th for any arrears accounts, should we not receive payment by the specified due date the supply will be terminated.
Warning fees and re-connection fees are charged as prescribed by the local municipality.
All individual meter readings are compared to the bulk meter reading and the difference is then billed to the Body Corporate/HOA. Monthly reports of arrears and charges are provided to the Trustees.
Conventional Meters
Pro Admin will install individual water meters where possible for the Sectional Title or HOA. These meters are also read monthly and the difference between the bulk and the sub-meters are then charged to the Body Corporate/HOA.
We settle the municipal account and will investigate if there are any huge discrepancies. We are responsible for the maintenance of the metering devices for the duration of the contract.
A contract is signed between Pro Admin and the occupant for the supply of water, a deposit, and a monthly administration fee payable.
The individual accounts are payable before the 1st of the month. Warning letters are issued for arrears accounts and fees charged according to municipal bylaws. Failure to pay by the specified date will result in the water being restricted.
Pre-paid Electricity Meters
Though some people believe that pre-paid electricity is more expensive – this is only a myth. You are still charged at the same rates prescribed by your local municipality. This service is also available for the individual owner.
We make use of the best software available to assist our clients and this provides our clients with the convenience to purchase anywhere any time, even from the convenience of your home. Utilising pre-paid electricity allows the customer to save electricity, because you are acutely aware of your consumption.
There are no surprise bills at the end of a month. The meters are purchased and not provided as the normal conventional meter.
Pre-Paid Water Meters
Though this product is new, we are sure that this can assist with the water crises we are experiencing.
Making people aware of their usage is this first step in reducing the consumption.
The pre-paid water meter vouchers are also generated from the same software used for the prepaid electricity meters.
Convenience is key and this will allow our clients to purchase water and electricity vouchers simultaneously.
